fix(feishu): preserve long streaming replies

Keep a bounded streaming preview, then deliver the complete final answer across multiple cards. Preserve all provider message IDs and cover long snapshots and Unicode boundaries with regression tests.

Feishu streaming replies now keep a bounded preview and deliver the complete final answer across multiple cards instead of throwing and recalling the card when its length limit is exceeded. Splitting preserves Unicode characters, whitespace, and every message ID, resolving Issue #78.
