43f082d2e3 Replace IM channel rail with a top dropdown (4.9.1-ops.13). 
Give the settings panel the full right-pane width instead of a left channel list.

f3cefd8a84 feat: add npm update checks and manual installation 
Add profile-scoped npm updates for Desktop and Web, protect source installations, and keep restarts manual. Cover stale status recovery, request races, and dialog focus with regression tests.

Verified with npm run check (1626 tests) and isolated Desktop/Web npm installation flows.

3161816cc4 feat: 按机器人选择 Agent Preset 
在九个渠道的设置页卡片上选择 Host 已有预设；未选则跟随默认，只影响之后新建的会话。
