f1d85d2985 Map Host branded create failures and retry without broken presets. 
Classify gateway/internal, workspace/*, and agent-preset/* into actionable IM codes, enrich field diagnostics, realpath-match workspaces, and retry session.create once without a failing Agent Preset.

208c25ebbd Classify session/workspace create failures and persist field diagnostics. 
Map Host internal errors on session.create and workspace.create to actionable codes, and write last-message-failure.json so field hosts can triage without guessing from HARNESS_SERVICE.

2723e94541 Classify IM turn failures instead of falling back to INTERNAL_UNKNOWN. 
Map PI_AI_ERROR/UNKNOWN/TLS wording and Host RPC internals so WhatsApp shows an actionable code, and treat missing sessions as recreateable.
