ddd75287f3 fix: keep monorepo data dir when bundle/ is present locally 
Packaged mode was chosen whenever bundle existed, so local link used
packages/dsh-plugin/data (empty) instead of mind-map/data (real canvases).

b23959400d feat: ship prebuilt plugin bundle for remote dsh install 
Remote github installs only get packages/dsh-plugin; without bundle the
host tried pnpm build and hung. Pack web+server into bundle/ and start
from it so other machines can run after dsh plugin add.
