e0503df8a5 Raise runtime defaults for multi-user shared-server deployments. 
Size DB pool, CLI budget, and WebCRT session caps for concurrent operators while keeping hard ceilings and env overrides.

fa577aa3bd Adopt production-safe runtime defaults and forwarder retry limits. 
Lower CLI/WebCRT/audit caps, log startup capacity warnings, and bound oclaw requeues so reconnect storms cannot thrash memory.

d56020d84c Harden runtime budgets: DB pool, CLI concurrency, timeouts, and metrics. 
Add shared CLI budget/timeout with force-close, parallel port-traffic dispatch, unified shutdown, bounded audit queue, output/log caps, and /metrics probes.

0d85b87be7 Add Huawei/Cisco port traffic monitoring and keep Cisco CLI on send_command. 
Extend port discovery/sampling beyond ZTE, harden IOSv session prep, and avoid send_command_timing so Building configuration does not truncate config sync.

559cc14d2c Classify CLI auth rejects instead of reporting them as prompt timeouts. 
Detect Permission denied in hop login and session logs for config sync and WebCRT.

f5b4a14c0f Harden config sync defaults, crash resume, and network nav collapse. 
Disable auto-sync by default, enforce single-flight cycles with crash requeue, delay new scheduled runs after restart, and make the network sidebar collapsible.
