285c19e5a3 Decouple cutover HF from portrait and tighten ops UI. 
Portrait stays on biz-monitor; cutover create/ensure owns purpose=cutover_hf slots with project collect override, multi-interval bindings, window pause, and industrial detail UX. Also expand ZTE collect/config parsers and TextFSM for route/BGP/L2VPN/VRRP coverage.

a65c9fc420 Allow compare templates to split one collected metric into filtered sheets. 
BGP/ISIS (and any other metric) can share a metric_id with distinct sheet_id + row_filters; drop conflicting bgp state_or_pfx and keep state/pfx_rcd.

8631f58113 Add cutover migration monitor and day-based batch retention. 
Protect baselines and compare/migration-referenced batches from purge or delete, and let operators mark baselines and clean high-freq data manually.

4fa1b9b4dc Add biz_state monitoring with shared LLDP parse and batch collect. 
Introduce ParseProfile-based business state tasks that reuse LLDP parsing for snapshot batches (separate from topology Fabric writes), with scheduler, export, and a Phase1 UI under network tasks.

b36174bfa4 Add explicit Huawei hop system-view option and startup column safety-net. 
Some hops only accept stelnet in system-view; make it a saved yes/no setting (default off) instead of auto-retry, and always ALTER the new column on API boot when Alembic skips legacy DDL.

1ef43fdcd4 Unify UME World as hex nav with conditional flat world map. 
Seed a unique L2 World canvas under the UME World container, show the flat map only when nested regions have NEs, pack blocks without overlap, allow drag overrides on the world map while forbidding direct NE adds, and hide the world-map truncation banner.

20c2fcd496 Harden auth with revocable sessions, cookies, and single-login default. 
Issue short-lived access JWTs backed by AuthSession rows, HttpOnly cookies with refresh rotation, idle timeout, session management UI, WebCRT ownership caps, and optional Redis login rate limits; new logins revoke other sessions by default.

d26e4ca2fc Fix port-traffic create 500 from legacy task_id NOT NULL. 
Brownfield tables still require task_id while ORM only wrote device_id; mirror both columns on write and relax the leftover constraint.
