3adf8d8b75 Prefer vendor label for LLDP command when it conflicts with device_type. 
Huawei NEs still tagged zte_zxros were getting show lldp neighbor brief and timing out; use display lldp neighbor and align UME inventory vendor before the jump.

b81e5869a6 Ship gated eye polish, fabric levels, and collection UI refresh. 
Topology MCP adds pull/compact/bundle/suggest-hubs with a no-template skill path; API gains fabric level and NE collection policy; web list pages get paging and denser collect/network workflows.

241093343e Add topology-canvas placeholder NE create (source=topology). 
Toolbar and pane context menu create placeholders that follow the same setup path as LLDP in NE management and WebCRT.

c13ab48ba7 Improve topology UX, traffic discover logs, and CLI wrap parsing. 
Paginate LLDP job items, surface port-traffic raw logs with a 300s default, harden topology discover/edit/zoom/fullscreen, and join mid-token CLI wraps before TextFSM.

2068ce3d04 Split topology discover into target, scan, and job modules. 
Keep the discover facade stable for routers/tests while fixing the missing infer_device_type_vendor import on UME target resolution.
