0d85b87be7 Add Huawei/Cisco port traffic monitoring and keep Cisco CLI on send_command. 
Extend port discovery/sampling beyond ZTE, harden IOSv session prep, and avoid send_command_timing so Building configuration does not truncate config sync.

0d1d3200f1 Reject hostname prompts when parsing ZTE interface brief output. 
Require up/down admin columns and known iface name prefixes so device prompts are not treated as ports.

efe8f58cd2 Add ZTE-first port traffic monitoring with task wizard and ops wall. 
Collect interface bit/s via CLI on a schedule, store samples in Postgres, and chart trends with uPlot.
