477ec4b120 Add Windows packaging with bundled UI and dual-mode PostgreSQL. 
Ship installable releases via zip/Inno Setup with optional bundled Postgres, API-hosted SPA, manual update path, and CI workflow for future tag builds.

bf0dfd66d8 Add standalone topology MCP with skill, scopes UI, and opt-in live sync. 
Splits canvas/Fabric tools into netx-topology-mcp, documents install and a companion Cursor skill, lets API keys grant ne:write explicitly, and adds optional topology live sync so operators can watch agent drawing without constant polling.

6d4cd741ef feat(auth): add local login, audit, API keys, and system admin UI 
Gate netx Web/API/WebCRT with JWT and per-user API tokens, bootstrap an admin with forced password change, and expose users/audit/API-key management under a System section. MCP can reuse data/auth/mcp_token without extra env for local labs.

45ce9d3f7e feat(mcp): add netx-mcp package and HTTP stdio MCP 
- Extract installable packages/netx-mcp (12 HTTP tools, mcp.json)

- Delegate netx_api.mcp to netx_mcp; keep legacy db_server shim

- Add docs/MCP.md, install payload, pyproject entry, tests

ea0d324624 feat(UME): add raw query, flexible aggregate, and safe SQL endpoint 
- Add /v1/ume/alarms/fields and /v1/ume/alarms/raw (select_fields + meta)
- Add /v1/ume/alarms/aggregate/raw with filter/meta echo
- Add /v1/sql/ume_query with table allowlist and optional statement_timeout
- Update README and expand UME regression tests

32bfa78383 feat(setup): add idempotent PostgreSQL bootstrap script for first install 
Provide a Windows init script to create/repair the netx role and database with a connection check, and document the step in README so new machines avoid initial auth failures.

f718807fa4 docs: document full environment setup and enforce venv startup 
Add a from-scratch setup section covering Python, Node/npm, PostgreSQL, and startup commands, and update the startup script to always create/use .venv instead of falling back to system Python.
