9085cac742 MCP: add bizMonitor server, align ops/topology tools, harden CLI exec 
- New packages/netx-bizmonitor-mcp: 8 read-only cutover/biz-state tools
  mirroring the netxops bizMonitor group.
- Align netx-mcp (15) and netx-topology-mcp (16) with backend HTTP
  contracts; surface partial batch failures as tool errors.
- CLI hard gate: single-line show/display only; exec job IDs, path
  containment, owner and ne:exec checks.
- Cisco IOSv collection: stable prompt/echo handling over CR.
- Remove legacy netx_api/mcp and mcp_server.py; add mcp.all.json;
  sync skills and docs.

8bdaaaacbf Add NE capability descriptors and native async exec jobs for agents. 
Expose recommended_mode/hints on getManagedNe, support background exec-jobs with getNeExecJob in MCP, and allow linux_shell on MikroTik as well as Linux.

bd01440e9d Fix empty Cisco IOSv CLI output and harden Windows stop/start. 
Drain leftover prompts before Netmiko send_command, and make stop/start tolerate orphan workers and locked log files.

fbf73cbaaf Disable target paging after hop login and keep CLI echo on timeouts. 
LLDP discover and config collect were timing out on --More--; send vendor paging-off after nested/bastion auth, and attach session-log tails so failures show where the CLI stuck.

d2fb33ec0d Fix ZTE LLDP Scope table parse and skip discover without vendor. 
Match ZXROS Scope/Holdtime columns, disable Netmiko cmd_verify on show commands, and do not SSH LLDP when vendor/device_type cannot be resolved.

f6b399e03e Improve WebCRT new-session flow for SecureCRT-like SSH/Telnet use. 
Add quick-connect sessions with credential retry, raw interactive drivers, bootstrap banner replay, Huawei telnet prompt cleanup, and session rename/delete in the tree.

0d85b87be7 Add Huawei/Cisco port traffic monitoring and keep Cisco CLI on send_command. 
Extend port discovery/sampling beyond ZTE, harden IOSv session prep, and avoid send_command_timing so Building configuration does not truncate config sync.
