ca97a2a597 Add Explorer .cmd launchers and always-on desktop First-time setup shortcuts. 
Server 2012 Start Menu often hides PowerShell .lnk entries; .cmd targets are visible.

41ab4921a0 Fix Windows PowerShell parsing on Server 2012: UTF-8 BOM scripts. 
Chinese packaging scripts without BOM were misread as ANSI and failed at first-run.
Document that bundled Python 3.13+ needs Server 2016+ / Win10+.

477ec4b120 Add Windows packaging with bundled UI and dual-mode PostgreSQL. 
Ship installable releases via zip/Inno Setup with optional bundled Postgres, API-hosted SPA, manual update path, and CI workflow for future tag builds.

20c2fcd496 Harden auth with revocable sessions, cookies, and single-login default. 
Issue short-lived access JWTs backed by AuthSession rows, HttpOnly cookies with refresh rotation, idle timeout, session management UI, WebCRT ownership caps, and optional Redis login rate limits; new logins revoke other sessions by default.

254c50a2c0 Add dark workbench dashboard with host CPU/memory gauges. 
Sample Windows CPU via Processor Utility so values match Task Manager, and expose host metrics on /v1/metrics/json for the workbench poll.

bf0dfd66d8 Add standalone topology MCP with skill, scopes UI, and opt-in live sync. 
Splits canvas/Fabric tools into netx-topology-mcp, documents install and a companion Cursor skill, lets API keys grant ne:write explicitly, and adds optional topology live sync so operators can watch agent drawing without constant polling.

633a9d55bd Harden auth scopes, SQL/WebCRT gates, and per-install JWT secrets. 
Add capability RBAC, Alembic bootstrap, optional worker schedulers, and close public docs by default so lab installs stay usable without shared signing keys.

1f2e028337 fix(webcrt): install websockets and connect WS to API in Vite dev 
Uvicorn had no WebSocket implementation without the websockets package, causing browser websocket_error. Also bypass flaky Vite WS proxy by targeting :8890 in local UI.

- Extract installable packages/netx-mcp (12 HTTP tools, mcp.json)

- Delegate netx_api.mcp to netx_mcp; keep legacy db_server shim

- Add docs/MCP.md, install payload, pyproject entry, tests
