b36174bfa4 Add explicit Huawei hop system-view option and startup column safety-net. 
Some hops only accept stelnet in system-view; make it a saved yes/no setting (default off) instead of auto-retry, and always ALTER the new column on API boot when Alembic skips legacy DDL.

329ae8501f Ensure ne_collection_job.trigger_mode exists on existing DBs. 
Missing column broke ops task overview and collection queries when Alembic skipped legacy DDL; add always-on safety net plus migration.

b81e5869a6 Ship gated eye polish, fabric levels, and collection UI refresh. 
Topology MCP adds pull/compact/bundle/suggest-hubs with a no-template skill path; API gains fabric level and NE collection policy; web list pages get paging and denser collect/network workflows.

74672b733f Ensure topo_folder.external_ref exists on API startup. 
Alembic stamp-without-upgrade left brownfield DBs missing the column; always apply a small topology schema safety net before bootstrap.

96be90bd1a Harden retention under one-click start: UME raw caps and collection TTL. 
Keep inline schedulers as the start_netx.ps1 default while bounding UME raw_json and pruning old NE collection dirs on startup.

fa577aa3bd Adopt production-safe runtime defaults and forwarder retry limits. 
Lower CLI/WebCRT/audit caps, log startup capacity warnings, and bound oclaw requeues so reconnect storms cannot thrash memory.

136f40cdae Split WebCRT and API startup; default collectors to worker process. 
Extract channel/session modules and CLI guard, move UME sidebands out of main, and default NETX_RUN_INLINE_SCHEDULERS off so ops run python -m netx_api.worker.
