393fd0e0b4 Switch CLI parsing to TextFSM and polish topology/workbench UX. 
Use custom cli_templates plus community ntc-templates for LLDP and port traffic across ZTE/Huawei/Cisco/H3C/Juniper/Nokia, drop regex parsers, and surface Admin/Phy/Prot on port discover. Also batch-add topology NEs and tighten workbench branding.

0d85b87be7 Add Huawei/Cisco port traffic monitoring and keep Cisco CLI on send_command. 
Extend port discovery/sampling beyond ZTE, harden IOSv session prep, and avoid send_command_timing so Building configuration does not truncate config sync.

efe8f58cd2 Add ZTE-first port traffic monitoring with task wizard and ops wall. 
Collect interface bit/s via CLI on a schedule, store samples in Postgres, and chart trends with uPlot.
