fbf73cbaaf Disable target paging after hop login and keep CLI echo on timeouts. 
LLDP discover and config collect were timing out on --More--; send vendor paging-off after nested/bastion auth, and attach session-log tails so failures show where the CLI stuck.

b6a579ec02 Skip CLI startup when device credentials are incomplete. 
Reject non-interactive CLI work early across exec, LLDP, config sync, collection, traffic, and connect-test flows so tasks record a clear reason instead of launching a doomed session.

fa577aa3bd Adopt production-safe runtime defaults and forwarder retry limits. 
Lower CLI/WebCRT/audit caps, log startup capacity warnings, and bound oclaw requeues so reconnect storms cannot thrash memory.

d56020d84c Harden runtime budgets: DB pool, CLI concurrency, timeouts, and metrics.

633a9d55bd Harden auth scopes, SQL/WebCRT gates, and per-install JWT secrets. 
Add capability RBAC, Alembic bootstrap, optional worker schedulers, and close public docs by default so lab installs stay usable without shared signing keys.

a5a3a4f156 Add topology classify inventory, fabric lifecycle, and broader collect targets. 
Treat Fabric as an inventory sheet for role/region tagging and slices; detach fabric links on managed/UME delete instead of cascading map deletes. Extend collection to all managed and UME NEs, show NE source in management, and refine canvas vendor icon tones.

d512679425 fix(collect): stabilize start flow and default collapse create panel 
Avoid false running-state conflicts when starting draft jobs, block overlapping NE runs across jobs, and default the create panel to collapsed for cleaner task-first operation.

fed7f56ad0 fix: collection first-run pending and module tab cross-nav 
Defer collection scheduling to BackgroundTasks after commit; claim pending runs atomically with retries. Only handle focus-module broadcasts for the matching moduleId so opening one module does not rewrite other tabs.
