Skills are maintained in the sibling `netx/skills` repository and copied into this package before release. Published installations use the bundled skill files; a source checkout can use the sibling repository or an explicit `NETX_SKILLS_ROOT`.
Group skills (ops / topology / biz-monitor) are published by netx over `/mcp` `resources` and cached under `$DSH_HOME/netxops-mcp-skills/`. This package does not ship skill files. Operator-subset KB pack skills remain local (see [Knowledge base](docs/KNOWLEDGE_BASE.md)).
