a313dd0eae Sync Netx Ops declarative preset into web profile on DSH 0.2. 
0.2 web no longer lists ~/.dsh/.agent-presets; without a cordis.patch.yml insert the preset never appears in Settings.

6bf5268dfb Fix Desktop Netx Ops preset using host standard and workflow-ptc. 
Prefer Desktop's standard.patch.yml / align CLI worker-thread rows to
workflow-ptc, and refuse compositions the host cannot resolve.

7a289cf409 Restore Desktop Netx Ops preset via dual-path install. 
Compose from host standard for web directories and sync a correctly indented declarative insert into the desktop profile patch (0.1.48).

2d86f55bf9 Compose Netx Ops preset from host standard instead of embedding it. 
Drop the declarative @deepseek-ai/dsh-agent-preset patch (and the huge flat standard copy) so web/CLI boot no longer needs that package; install copies shipped standard then overlays persona/tools/skills.

5dcce3c749 Fix Netx Ops preset and settings for DSH 0.2.0-rc.2. 
Ship a declarative @deepseek-ai/dsh-agent-preset patch (directory discovery is dead) and register the settings card on plugins.item via configForms.whileServed while keeping settings.section for older shells.
