# Session Memory Hook (Python)
On `command:new` / `command:reset`, exports the latest N messages of the session into
`<workspace>/memory/YYYY-MM-DD-<slug>.md`.
Notes:
- This Python port reads messages from SQLite (`SqliteStore`) instead of workspace session transcript files.
