Polish Admin/Chat UI: utilities, chat tokens, denser topbar.
Replace high-traffic inline styles with shared utility classes, retokenize chat chrome off white-mist hardcodes, and align the admin topbar to NetX 48px density. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
