f1ed86537c Add ops IP knowledge playbook for protocol troubleshooting. 
Give the ops specialist a skill to search docs/ip-knowledge-base and verify findings via netx before concluding.

a0a3f4b65f feat(mcp): integrate netx via netx_mcp and improve MCP install 
- Gate builtin netx tools; ops docs/skills use mcp__netx__*

- Import Cursor mcpServers JSON; pass env_schema defaults to subprocess

- Allow source_type=local; UTF-8 MCP stdio on Windows

Add ops specialist tools to list/get managed NEs and execute read-only CLI via netx.
Document the new managed-NE workflow in role prompts, env example, and a dedicated ops skill with tests.

f1626195f7 fix(chat): honor ui_lang on WebSocket turns; ops NE display by host_name 
Resolve runtime language from ui_lang and chat.send lang instead of hardcoding zh.
Align generalist/ops prompts with user language and require host_name (not ne_id) in ops outputs.

1c90a3570e Add netx UME NE inventory tools for ops 
Expose netx_query_ume_ne_inventory and netx_get_ume_ne (GET /v1/ume/inventory/ne and /ne/{id}). Update ops playbook, ROLE_SYSTEM, env example comment, and unit tests.

- Add ops-netx-ume-playbook skill (zh-CN) with presets, paging and SQL safety defaults
- Strengthen ops identity disclosure rules (always 'oclaw智能运维')
- Improve netx UME anchor context and add raw/aggregate/SQL tooling ergonomics

b0e0c05d8a feat: integrate netx ops data access and unify prompt/workspace runtime 
Migrate prompt templates into runtime workspaces, add network_ops netx toolchain (latest batch injection, raw fields, SQL query), and align docs/tests/admin/runtime wiring so ops analysis can query netx detail data through stable role-scoped paths.

dbbe3add6a 重构主控编排与运行时预热链路，统一工作区提示词/专家调度协议并补齐 wiki 记忆注入与写回闭环。 
同时收敛启动与运维脚本默认行为（含 wiki worker）、更新 Admin 可观测性与相关测试，降低首轮时延并提高运行稳定性。
