将 whatsapp_login.ps1 改为前台执行并保留错误输出，新增 -VerboseRunner 参数与退出码校验；同时在 README 增加 WhatsApp 安装与启停入口。 Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
