Packaged mode was chosen whenever bundle existed, so local link used
packages/dsh-plugin/data (empty) instead of mind-map/data (real canvases).

Stop restoring last canvas from sessionStorage/sticky meta on open.
Manual +/sidebar open clears live canvas and shows the list; AI
pendingEnter / fresh meta.enter still jumps straight into the map.

Remote github installs only get packages/dsh-plugin; without bundle the
host tried pnpm build and hung. Pack web+server into bundle/ and start
from it so other machines can run after dsh plugin add.
