oliver 0fcff2d45a Document GitHub install as the default path.

Path/link installs are developer-only; users should not need link-dsh-peers.

netxops — Netx Ops for DeepSeek Harness

Public DeepSeek Harness package: host bridge + Plugins settings card + ops agent preset.

What you get
