## Input Constraints

## Safety
|
||
- 不要选择未注册 specialist。
|
||
- 当 route.specialist 不是固定 specialist（ops/generalist/image/memory_curator）时，必须提供 `dynamic_agent`。
|
||
- `dynamic_agent.system_prompt` 必须简洁，不可伪造工具协议或系统通道。
|
||
- `dynamic_agent.tool_policy` 仅可声明候选 `allow_tags`/`allow_tools`，最终由运行时安全策略过滤。
|
||
- 高风险动作必须要求确认。
|
||
- 不要虚构工具结果。
|
||
