oliver f5cb64a3a4 fix(whatsapp): deliver scheduled job attachments to groups ... Scheduled outbound only sent text via pollOutboundQueue; collect deliverable attachments from the turn, encode them in source JSON, and send via sendReplyWithAttachments.
